The METRO 6M has a hightech sensorhead with 2D high resolution camera for counting even the thinnest paper calipers. Pallets and top covers are recognised automatically by the intelligent imaging software. With the 2D camera even guilotine cut papers can be counted accurately. Both the METRO 6M and more flexible 6RM offer counting and laser marking of reams.

The METRO 6M is a 2 dimensional linear system for counting and marking on 1 side of the skid. Double stacks can be marked by moving or turning the skid. Optionally, with this system the amount of sheets per ream can be marked.

The METRO 6M can be completely integrated into your packaging line and operates fully automatic. It can also be positioned as a stand alone system servicing several sheeters that are not connected to the conveyorlines.
