The METRO 4RM is the big brother of the linear 4M system. Both systems have the same hightech sensorhead with 2D high resolution camera for counting all types and colors of board. Pallets and top covers are recognised automatically by the intelligent imaging software. Both the METRO 4M and the more flexible 4RM offer counting and laser marking of reams.

The sensorhead is mounted on the 6 axis ABB robot. The METRO 4RM can count and mark the skid on multiple sides. It even allows marking of quadruple (4) stacks. And, just like the 4M, it can optionally mark the ream quantity on the skid.

The METRO 4RM can be completely integrated into your packaging line and operates fully automatic. The optional ABB safe-move system can be integrated into your safety concept and allows installation in the smallest places.
