The METRO 4M has a hightech sensorhead with 2D high resolution camera for counting all types and colors of board. Pallets and top covers are recognised automatically by the intelligent imaging software. Both the METRO 4M and more flexible 4RM offer counting and laser marking of reams.

The METRO 4M is a 2 dimensional linear system for counting and marking on 1 side of the skid. Double stacks can be marked by moving or turning the skid. Optionally, with this system the amount of sheets per ream can be marked.

The METRO 4M can be completely integrated into your packaging line and operates fully automatic. It can also be positioned as a stand alone system servicing several sheeters that are not connected to the conveyorlines.
